Through the hallway you exit to the balcony which offers its guests a beautiful view of the sea and the whole village where they can enjoy a morning coffee.

The facade of the villa is additionally decorated with red aluminum shutters, while the wooden stems are natural. 
Within the house there is another guest apartment of approximately 40 m2 which has central heating and consists of a kitchen with dining area, one bedroom and a small bathroom.
The villa has a boiler/engine room with an oil central heating stove, a laundry room and one large garage.
