The apartments are ideally located just a few steps from the pebble beach.
There are 20 accomodation units in total to include 15 apartments and 5 rooms are located in two houses:
8 apartments and rooms in the main house (first house by the sea) and 7 apartments in the second house (third house by the sea).

HOUSE NUMBER ONE.
Lower level: basement, storage, ground floor: kitchen, restaurant, wellness, laundry, staff accommodation, shop
1. Floor: reception, 5 bedrooms, 3-room apartment + communication and management and communication unit
2. Floor: 2x one bedroom, 2x two-room and 1x three-room apartment

HOUSE NUMBER TWO.
It consists of 7 apartments, of which 6 x two-room and 1x one-room.

All apartments have fully equipped kitchens with a refrigerator, electric oven, dishwasher and kitchenware. The bathrooms have showers and hair dryers.
There is a TV with satellite / cable channels in the living room. Air conditioning is in the living room and each bedroom. All windows are electrically regulated by lowering the blinds.
The apartments are suitable for children, family holidays by the pool, the pool has a transparent cover that covers the night or bad weather so that guests can enjoy a relaxing swim.
