This stone villa is located on the first line to the sea and it's land plot is descending to the water through several terraces.
One one of the terraces there is a building with parking, then you find a swimming pool with sunbathing terrace, under the roof close to it you will see a table meant for dinners, down there is one more terrace with tables and right by the water there are flat platforms serving as a beach!

Total surface of the building within the pines is 500 m2, land plot is 550 m2 but seems much larger.
Building is divided into 5 fully furnished and equipped apartments used for renting.
All the apartments are different but each has a beautiful sea panorama:

• Apartment 1 with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, double salon with kitchen.
• Apartment 2 with bedroom, two bathrooms, salon with kitchen and two terraces.

• Apartment 6 like large studio with bathroom and terrace.

Villa can accomodate 16 or more people.

There are also two adjecent buildings of 50 m2 for storage purposes.
