Olive grove in Buje area for sale!
On a hill near Buje, a well-maintained olive grove is for sale, covering an area of 5.8 hectares with a total of 1,500 trees of various varieties. Between 2006 and 2011, 1,500 olive seedlings were planted. The olive varieties present include Leccino (50%), Moraiolo (15%), Frantoio (15%), Pendolino (10%), and Bianchera (10%). The olive grove is listed in the world-renowned gourmet guide Flos Olei. 

The organically grown trees yield 37 quintals of olives, or approximately 500 liters of extra virgin quality oil, with daily operations adhering strictly to the highest standards.
The olive grove is carefully tended, and due to the growing need for in-house oil processing, the construction of a commercial building (oil mill with tasting room) has begun. The building, with a total area of 200 m², spans two floors.
